Despite various plans to fight malnutrition among women and children, 60% of under 5 year death in India can be attributed to child and maternal malnourishment while 83% of new-born child death is due to low birth-weight and short gestation.
Though child-mortality and child-growth failure have improved substantially across the country yet there is still a long way to reach the goal.
SAMPATTI is a mother of 14 children and she is again pregnant. She has already lost her 6 children due to malnutrition and poor health facilities. We have helped her towards a healthy life.
Our aim is to provide nutritional outcomes for children, adolencents, pregnamt women and lactating mothers. We conduct awareness sessions to make them vigilant about the health of mother and chld.
